THE
BRIEF
Hung Like Hanratty came to Electric Bear to record and produce their upcoming album, building on the success of their previous charting releases, which we also helped bring to life. This time around, the focus was on developing their latest ideas into a unique, fully realised record that not only captured their unmistakable energy but gave them something they could proudly take to their audience, both at home and around the world.
THE
SOLUTION
We kicked off the project by getting under the skin of the band’s concept for the album, digging into the themes, tone and energy they wanted to capture. Once we had a clear vision, we set out to record each element across a month-long schedule, bringing in different members at various stages to track drums, bass, guitars, vocals and additional effects.
With everything recorded in our studio, we moved into post-production, mixing and mastering the album to hit the right balance – polished enough to compete on professional platforms, but still raw and true to the band’s punk roots. We delivered a full set of masters tailored for CD, streaming and vinyl, ensuring that wherever fans listen, the record hits hard and holds up.
